Beryllium bronze is divided into two categories: machined beryllium bronze and cast beryllium bronze. There are many models and specifications. It is the most widely used in industrial applications. The demand for performance of raw materials has also been continuously improved.
1.
Advantages of machining beryllium bronze: tensile: more than 1350MPa-1500MPa,
hardness: more than HRC42, elongation after breaking: ≦ 8. Workability Before
hardening, complex forming can be performed.
2.
Models for machining beryllium bronze commonly used in China are: C17200,
C17300, C17500, C17510.
3. Disadvantages of machining beryllium bronze: beryllium copper rods can only achieve a diameter of 80MM and a length of 2000MM, and cannot produce beryllium copper plates.
