The results show that the tensile shear strength of beryllium bronze after different heat treatment is higher than that of solid solution. When the large average tensile shear force of the solid solution bronze joint is 60.54 N, the nugget is composed of smaller crystals, larger equiaxed dendrites and columnar dendrites.
With a large average tensile shear force of 137.28 N, the nuggets consist of larger crystals and uniform fine equiaxed crystals.
