High-performance beryllium bronze
has a hardness between (HRC) 38-43, a density of 8.3 g / cm3, and a beryllium
content of 1.9% -2.15%. It is widely used in plastic injection molding molds
for internal inserts, cores, die-casting punches, and heat flow. Cooling
systems, thermal nozzles, integral cavities for blow molds, automotive molds,
wear plates, etc.
Rhodium phosphor bronze has higher
corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and no sparks when impacted. For
medium-speed and heavy-load bearings, working at high temperatures of 250 ° C.
With automatic self-aligning, it is not sensitive to deflection, the bearing
bears high uniform bearing capacity, can bear radial load at the same time, and
self-lubricating without maintenance. Tin phosphor bronze is an alloy copper,
which has good electrical conductivity, is not easy to generate heat, ensures
safety, and has strong fatigue resistance.
The tin-phosphoron bronze jack reed has hard-wired electrical structure, no rivet connection or no friction contact, which can ensure good contact, good elasticity and smooth insertion. The alloy has excellent machining performance and chip formation performance, which can quickly shorten the machining time of parts. The harmonica also uses phosphor bronze as the gong material.
